XL RECORDINGS RESEARCH

Xl Recordings is a British Independent record label founded in 1989 by Tim Palmer and Nick Halkes. It is run and co-owned by Richard Russel since 1996. 

Although only releasing an average of six albums a year, XL has famously worked with Adele, Dizzee Rascal, M.I.A., Giggs, Nines, Radiohead, The White Stripes and many more.

XL has released a total of 9 albums including: XX, Ok Computer, Anima, 25 and more. Despite only releasing a few albums XL recording made £67million in 2017.
